Possible dates for the AGM are Nov 28 (match v Ross County) or December 12 (match v Hearts). Last year’s AGM was on 6 December 2014.” An early indication of which date suits most Board members would be helpful.
I suggest we keep this year’s AGM ‘in house’, open only to DST members and that we do not invite AFC personnel to attend. George simply used the poor attendance at our last AGM as a stick to beat us with, all be it they requested paperwork from our AGM showing that they had attended and were involved with a supporters group to fulfil an SFA return! We could use the Double Tree as the venue rather than requesting accommodation at Pittodrie.

I have an exam early December so weekend of 28th November will be mainly studying for me, not sure if I'd make that. Work's Christmas party is on the 11th December, depends how that ends if I could make the 12th.
Agree with keeping in house to save the embarrassment, however the fact we need to do this shows again how little current members want to get involved.
